Staging an Occupied Home:

Home Staging Consultation-Only Steps

• Visit with homeowners and review entire home inside and out (1 to 1 ½ hrs), take photos, and follow up with a detailed & prioritized report within 24 hours.


• The homeowner does the staging themselves based on directions in report.
• For homeowners that are comfortable working on their own and following directions, create a punch list.


• A fixed fee is charged for the consultation and report

Hands-On Home Staging (On the spot) Steps:

• Visit with homeowners and perform staging


• Work is billed on a hourly rate basis. The average home takes about 3 – 6 hours with homeowner’s assistance.

2-Part Home Staging:

Great for very cluttered homes that need a lot of repair, repainting and refreshing.

• We meet with the homeowner to discuss what they need to do to prepare for final staging (pack up, paint, repair, rent furniture, etc.) - there is an hourly consultation fee for this step.


• Homeowner does the "refreshing" before the staging.


• We return and do final staging at an hourly rate.

 

Staging a Vacant Home:

We provide a free on-site estimate and will email back a typed estimate within 24 hours.

Cost Breakdown:

• Includes an hourly Staging Fee (average job is 4-8 hours)
• Delivery Fee: Average $90.00/Denver Metro Area
• Pick up Fee: Average $90.00/Denver Metro Area
• Furniture Rental Fee: Averages between $350.00 to $1200/month depending on size of home, number of rooms staged, selling price of home.

FURNITURE RENTAL FEE IS GOOD FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS, THEN PR0-RATED DAILY AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS. NO REFUNDS IF FURNITURE IS REMOVED BEFORE INITIAL 30-DAY PERIOD. WE USE A DENVER COMPANY FOR MOST JOBS WHICH RENTS FURNISHINGS TO STAGERS IN DENVER AND OUTLYING AREAS. HOMEOWNER IS BILLED SEPARATELY BY RENTAL COMPANY FOR THE FURNITURE RENTAL, DELIVERY AND PICK-UP FEES.
